DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICE
Our delivery and collection service operates 7 days a week including bank holidays (Excludes Christmas Day) and is carried out by experienced sound, lighting and AV technicians. Our delivery vans carry an onboard compliment of adaptors, extensions and converters, cables, trip mats and everything that we might need at your venue, to create a professional and hassle free hire experience.

** PLEASE NOTE ** We do not offer a customer collection and drop back option, all hire bookings include mandatory delivery and collection with all equipment safety checked, rigged and installed by us with an onsite health and safety risk assessment.
We carry out a full functionality test and provide a usage tutorial at point of delivery with every customer. A dedicated telephone help line number is also supplied so you can be confident that a member of our technical team is always available for advice.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Please note we are unable to deliver orders to the following event scenarios
:
Open air venues with no overhead rain cover
Unclean, dirty or dusty environments such as farm outbuildings
Remote forest or woodland areas with no mains power
Marquees or other structures that are more than 50 metres from parking
Venue rooms more than 2 floors above ground even with a lift available
Open air venues in public spaces without overnight security
